Beacon Builders Inc. was founded in 1992 by Jon Cook, who serves as President and General Contractor. With over 30 years of hands-on construction experience, the company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and cost control.
We specialize in commercial construction, tenant improvements, and ground-up projects throughout Northern Colorado. From preconstruction and budgeting through project closeout, our team provides clear communication, accurate scheduling, and disciplined project management at every stage.
